Page 3 of 3 This represents the world’s largest data with specific outcomes for NET’s. Analysis of this data has revealed exact relationships between prognostic factors and survival which adds to the existing literature. We have finished building the structure of the decision tree for the model. We are populating the decision tree with this data and intend to complete doing this by the end of the year. We are waiting for ethical approval to trial the decision model. Once this is done we intend to trial the tool specifically with analysis based on patients and clinicians perspective. Conclusions The lack of suitable literature data to populate the decision tree has led to significant delays in completing the project. However completing the world’s largest database of patients with NET’s has helped source the information needed to complete the project. The modelling of decision analysis is difficult but with appropriate expertise we aim to overcome this hurdle and complete all aspects of the tool by the end of the year. We are facing further delays due to the bureaucracy of ethical approval to trial the tool. We intend to complete trialling this tool soon after ethical approval.
